Scope and parties * Definitions: • Finder: The person who physically finds the item and logs into the system. * Loser: The owner/representative of the item. * Platform: Protocol for transmitting information about the person who found the item to the registered label user in the system under FIND THE FINDER. * Scope: • Process via the item; direct interpersonal contact is excluded from the process. * Delivery channels: Security/hotel reception or system referral. --- Limitations of liability * Prohibition of personal contact: • Clause: The platform does not encourage interpersonal meetings; referrals are made only through secure delivery channels. * Consequence: All risks arising from interpersonal meetings are the sole responsibility of the parties. * Exemption from damages: • Clause: The platform is not liable for direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages. * Scope: Physical, emotional, or economic harm; delay; misdirection; third-party actions. * Item Content and Legality: • Article: The platform is not responsible for the content, legality, or consequences of using the found item. * Obligation: The finder will return any suspicious content to the nearest security/authorized person. --- Operational Provisions * Mandatory Redirection: • Article: The interface disables "personal meeting"; only security/hotel or courier delivery options are available. * Warning: Enabling the personal meeting option is considered a violation of protocol. * Recording and Tracing: • Article: Each transaction is logged with a timestamp, geotag (approximate), device fingerprint, and delivery channel. * Purpose: Dispute resolution and abuse prevention. * Emergency exception: • Article: If there is a risk to life or suspicion of a crime, the process is immediately referred to security forces; no personal notification is made. --- Privacy and Data Minimization * Minimization: • Article: Personal contact information is not shared; The only point of contact is an in-platform message/anonymous code. * Storage: Mandatory logs are stored for a limited time and for a specific purpose; then they are anonymized/deleted. --- Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution * Applicable Law: • Article: The law of the Republic of Turkey; competent court is Ankara Courthouse. * Dispute Resolution: • Article: First, written notification and agreement; if unsuccessful, the official authorities. --- Acceptance and Versioning * Explicit Consent: • Article: The process cannot be initiated without the "I have read and accepted" confirmation. * Version Label: • Article: Each transaction is stamped with the relevant protocol version; changes are announced through a public record. --- Interface Texts (Short and Clear) * Finder Screen: • Title: "Secure Delivery and Registration" * Text: "No personal meetings.
